Role
Senior Product Marketing Manager (AI-First, Full-Stack) responsible for shaping and telling the story of Delight.ai, Sendbird’s AI agent for enterprise customer experience. Own the end-to-end product marketing/customer marketing journey: customer research, positioning, storytelling, asset creation, and distribution—accelerated by AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer research and interviews to surface compelling customer stories and product angles.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and narratives that resonate with target enterprise audiences.
- Create and ship marketing assets: case studies, videos, landing pages, social content, sales decks, and other materials as required.
- Enable sales through content and playbooks; support go-to-market launches and campaigns.
- Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate production, prototype quickly, and iterate based on performance data.
- Measure performance, learn from experiments, and refine messaging and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate across product, design, sales, and customer teams to align storytelling with product capabilities and customer needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or product management, with B2B/enterprise experience.
- Portfolio/work you can point to showing owned marketing assets or campaigns.
- Strong customer research and storytelling skills; ability to turn 30-minute customer conversations into compelling narratives.
- Comfortable creating a wide range of assets (written, visual, video) and shipping quickly.
- Data-informed, iterative approach: ship, learn, iterate.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt AI tools to dramatically increase speed and output.

Compensation & Work Policy
- Reasonable estimate for the San Francisco Bay market: $140,000 - $180,000 (cash compensation range stated by company).
- Flexible work schedule with a hybrid expectation for employees within a one-hour commute: at least three days per week in office unless role-specific requirements differ.
