Role
As a Product Marketing Manager supporting Chrome for Developers, you will craft narratives and educational content that showcase new agentic capabilities on the web, build demos, and drive adoption of Chrome and web platform features. You will partner with product and developer relations teams and represent Chrome at major ecosystem events.
Key Responsibilities
- Help developers build innovative experiences and bring Chrome into the agentic era.
- Launch and drive adoption of new Chrome and web platform features alongside product and developer relations teams.
- Create social and video educational content to educate and inspire both experienced and new web developers.
- Engage with web developers online and in person to gather feedback to shape narratives and communication strategies.
- Research and experiment with the latest agentic coding tools to form informed opinions on competitive solutions and recommend improvements.
- Ensure Chrome has strong presence at events such as Google I/O.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in product marketing or related marketing fields.
- 3 years of experience with developer platforms, web development, coding, or experience with vibe coding.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to directly create social and video educational content.
- Proven ability to work with ambiguity and learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation & Location
- US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
- Location options include Mountain View, CA; New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; role may also be located in Playa Vista, CA campus.
