Role
Secure Code Warrior is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager (Australia) to lead the go-to-market strategy for Trust Agent, the company’s AI governance and traceability product. You will partner with product and the CMO to craft messaging, run launches, enable sales, and build the category of AI Software Governance.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Narrative
- Own the Trust Agent narrative and positioning.
- Translate the AI acceleration product roadmap into clear outcomes and stories for CISOs, AppSec leaders, and engineering executives.
Go-to-Market Enablement
- Lead end-to-end product launches from beta to GA, including planning, readiness, announcement sequencing, and post-launch tracking.
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets (battlecards, objection handling, competitive tear sheets, pitch decks) and work directly with AEs and SEs.
- Develop segment- and persona-specific GTM playbooks for enterprise CISOs, AppSec engineering, and regulated industries.
- Embed with revenue teams on strategic deals, provide competitive intelligence, and support RFP/RFI responses.
- Own product marketing for new hire onboarding for sales and customer success.
- Conduct win/loss analysis and synthesize insights for product, sales, and leadership.
Content Creation
- Produce cornerstone assets (market guides, buyer guides, solution briefs, roadmap decks) and executive thought leadership (LinkedIn articles, keynotes, analyst POVs).
- Create sales content (one-pagers, case study frameworks, ROI calculators) and campaign content (ad copy, email sequences, landing pages, webinar scripts).
- Run the customer story program and prepare analyst/press briefings for Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
- Set and act on content performance metrics tied to pipeline and engagement.
Category & Market Development
- Drive analyst relations, thought leadership, and competitive positioning to establish Secure Code Warrior as the reference for AI Software Governance.
Requirements
- 6+ years in product marketing, with at least 3 years in B2B enterprise software.
- Proven track record launching and scaling products in technically complex markets.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts for executive and buyer audiences.
- Experience owning positioning and messaging end-to-end and building sales enablement that demonstrably impacts win rates or deal velocity.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and demand generation; self-starter able to operate with high autonomy.
- Bonus: experience in application security, developer tooling, AI governance, or DevSecOps.
