Directly centers on "vibe coding" — the role crafts messaging and enablement around vibe coding and developer tooling for AI app development.

About the Role

Senior Product Marketing Manager responsible for messaging, positioning, and go-to-market for Salesforce's Developer Services and Low-Code Development Platform. The role translates ALM/DevOps and "vibe coding" capabilities into compelling narratives, launch campaigns, and sales enablement to drive developer adoption and revenue growth.

Job Description

Role

Salesforce is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Developer Services to own messaging and GTM for the Low-Code Development Platform. This individual contributor reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to accelerate adoption of developer tools and custom AI app development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop core product positioning and messaging for Developer Services (including Sandboxes, DevOps Center, Agentforce Vibe, and custom AI app development).
  • Create and maintain marketing assets: pitch decks, technical white papers, website copy, use case libraries, sales plays, and enablement materials.
  • Drive launch execution and GTM strategy for new releases and features; convert technical roadmaps into market narratives, blog posts, and campaigns.
  • Translate technical capabilities (ALM, DevOps, SDLC, vibe coding) into content for both non-technical buyers and developers; partner with sales engineers and technical PMMs on demo assets.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Creative teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Support development of keynote presentations and breakout content for major events (e.g., Dreamforce, TDX).
  • Engage customers to gather insights and develop customer success stories.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, or a related field, preferably in enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or AI.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex technical and market information into executive-level narratives.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps concepts, or low-code/pro-code environments.
  • Hands-on experience creating positioning documents, slide decks, and sales enablement content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated project management and execution skills in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience scripting, recording, and editing product demos using tools like Camtasia or Premier.
  • Track record of influencing across matrixed organizations and guiding creative direction for visuals and video content.
  • Business acumen in selling complex B2B software to technical decision-makers.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Typical base salary range listed for this position: $141,300 - $213,800 annually (base only; does not include bonus, incentive, equity, or benefits).
  • Company benefits referenced include time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program.
