Role
The Product Operations Manager will drive efficiency, alignment and execution across the product lifecycle by connecting product management, engineering, design, sales, marketing and customer success. You will design and improve operational processes and frameworks that enable faster, more predictable product delivery and better adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate product launches, ensuring cross-functional readiness and delivering post-launch insights.
- Act as an operational leader for key product initiatives, driving alignment, accountability and execution across teams.
- Own the enhancement request and feedback management process: collect, analyze and synthesize feedback to inform product strategy.
- Design, document and continuously improve scalable operational frameworks (roadmap planning, launch readiness, feedback management, cross-functional coordination).
- Develop reports and insights to highlight customer needs and influence prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Define, track and report KPIs related to roadmap delivery, tech debt and integrations.
- Provide go-to-market teams visibility into roadmap status, progress and strategic rationale.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to establish operational frameworks that support growth and scaling.
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency, transparency and decision-making.
- Explore and apply automation, scripting and AI-assisted tools (including vibe coding approaches) to improve workflows, reporting and internal tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, program management or a related operational role within a product-led organization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics or a related technical field.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering and go-to-market functions.
- Proficiency with Python (or similar scripting tools), SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- History of building or improving operational processes, frameworks and documentation for scalable product development.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from qualitative and quantitative sources.
- Strong program management, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders including senior leadership.
- Comfort experimenting with automation, scripting or AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and workflows.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Administrative knowledge of Aha! product management platform.
- JIRA and/or Target Process administration experience.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience building internal tooling, lightweight automations or AI-assisted workflows.
Location & Schedule
- Hybrid role with in-office presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection; flexible work hours supported.
Compensation & Benefits (high level)
- Stated US base salary range: $140,000–$165,000 per year (base only).
