Role
As Product Owner Price Optimization you will define, build and evolve AI-powered pricing and yield solutions that impact global business performance. You will lead cross-functional teams, own product KPIs and roadmap, and use rapid prototyping and AI-augmented analytics to make fast, evidence-based decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive development of AI-powered pricing products using modern AI tools and rapid prototyping (vibe coding).
- Lead design, build and evaluation of pricing algorithms and statistical models in collaboration with data science and engineering.
- Independently explore and interpret complex datasets to surface actionable insights and align pricing, yield and business stakeholders.
- Own product business performance: define and monitor KPIs, prioritize backlog, and make data-informed decisions.
- Co-create and evolve the pricing and yield vision and roadmap; communicate progress, trade-offs and outcomes across stakeholders.
- Promote an AI-literate, data-empowered product culture and manage competing priorities across international teams.
Requirements
- Solid domain knowledge in Pricing and/or Yield Management, with hands-on exposure to AI-based optimization models.
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Economics, or equivalent Product Owner experience.
- Proven track record of driving data-informed decisions in agile environments.
- Strong command of analytics tools such as Python and database querying via SQL.
- Confidence in rapid prototyping (vibe coding) and independently building quick prototypes.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for agile product management.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
