Role
Project Coordinator IV (Technical Product Operations – LLM/AI Focus) responsible for driving technical product operations initiatives that improve product quality, scalability, and user experience using AI/LLM-driven solutions. The role supports high-impact programs across Meta platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making, advancing LLM training and labeling workflows, and optimizing operational efficiency through automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute technical product operations programs, including 0→1 initiatives and scaling existing workflows across platforms.
- Analyze product and operational data using advanced SQL to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support real-time decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
- Leverage AI tools and LLM-based workflows to automate processes, accelerate analysis, and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive data annotation and labeling efforts to support LLM training and product quality improvements.
- Identify and mitigate risks using data-driven insights and communicate updates across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate stakeholders across product, engineering, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Internal Responsibilities
- Attend internal practice community meetings and networking events (in person and virtual).
- Collaborate on industry thought leadership, client case studies, and learning materials.
- Contribute to the Digital Transformation practice and support leadership on career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical product/program operations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations, data transformations).
- Experience with data annotation/labeling and LLM training workflows.
- Experience working with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding.
- Strong experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, automation workflows).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with low-code/no-code or AI-assisted prototyping (“vibe coding”).
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure.
- Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Experience working with engineering teams on technical requirements.
- Background in QA, testing strategies, or ML/AI validation workflows.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
