Role
As a Project Management Associate (Operations) based in Gurugram, you will coordinate across Safety, Fleet Coordinators, Regional Operations Managers, Ground Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution and closure of compliance and operational action items. You will maintain trackers, escalate overdue actions, and support governance of operational and safety-related programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with regional and field teams to drive timely closure of action items.
- Track compliance against defined processes and proactively highlight gaps or delays.
- Maintain trackers and status reports for ongoing initiatives.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability and adherence to timelines.
- Analyse operational and compliance data across multiple datasets to identify trends and support root-cause analysis.
- Escalate overdue actions and unresolved issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in execution of cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, program management, compliance, or project coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- High ownership and follow-through; ability to close loops and hold others accountable.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI, plus solid Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trackers and stay organised under competing priorities.
- Data-driven problem solving with strong analytical skills and experience conducting deep dives and root-cause analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience in mobility, logistics, transportation, or fleet operations.
- Knowledge of or hands-on experience with vibe coding and AI tools to automate processes and develop solutions.
