Role
We are hiring a Python Developer (JL3 / JL4) with 1-6 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions, LLM-powered applications, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise use cases. The position is based in Bangalore / Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI applications using Python.
- Design and implement agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases and retrieval frameworks.
- Integrate, fine-tune, and evaluate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Implement prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent collaboration patterns.
- Develop APIs and microservices for AI applications; create scalable solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Monitor and improve model performance, accuracy, and response quality.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS, Azure AI Search).
- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and software development best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI preferred).
Preferred / Additional Skills
- Experience with multi-agent architectures and AI orchestration.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to NLP, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
- Experience with enterprise AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
