Job Description
Role
We are hiring a Python Engineer (3–5 years) to lead AI-assisted development of core backend services. You will define architecture, orchestrate AI agents to produce code, and manually implement or correct complex logic to ensure production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf) to prototype and deploy core Python backend services.
- Define high-level architecture and structural blueprints for AI to follow, enforcing separation of concerns and SOLID principles.
- Rigorously review and “vibe check” AI-generated code to identify logic bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement complex, mission-critical Python logic that AI agents cannot reliably produce.
- Generate and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure stability of high-velocity outputs.
- Maintain a fast feedback loop with AI agents to convert requirements into working software quickly.
Technical Requirements
- Deep mastery of Python internals (Python 3.12+), including GIL, asyncio, and type hinting.
- Expert-level proficiency with AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Code (including “Composer” modes and agentic terminal tools).
- Strong prompt engineering skills to create spec-driven prompts that yield production-ready code.
- Extensive experience with backend frameworks like FastAPI or Django, with an async-first focus.
- Familiarity prompting infrastructure artifacts: Dockerfiles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment scripts for AWS/GCP.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
- Experience building call analytics or CRM-related backend systems.
- Portfolio of projects built primarily via AI orchestration.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) to improve agent context of local environments.
Compensation & Location
- Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month.
- Job Type: Full-time.
