Role
We are seeking a Python Full Stack Developer to design and develop scalable backend systems and end-to-end agentic GenAI solutions. The role emphasizes building reliable, production-ready AI systems with a focus on performance, scalability, maintainability, and integrations with vector databases and knowledge sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python and microservices architecture.
- Build and deploy end-to-end agentic AI systems using modern GenAI patterns.
- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating vector databases and knowledge sources.
- Work on LLM fine-tuning, model selection, and model evaluation across different AI models.
- Design and implement multi-agent architectures and orchestration workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations with vector databases and embeddings for intelligent retrieval.
- Maintain code quality using version control, CI/CD practices, and containerized deployments.
- Collaborate across teams to apply GenAI solutions within payment technology use cases.
- Drive innovation and experimentation with emerging GenAI tools and frameworks.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in backend development using Python.
- Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and model evaluation, embeddings and vector databases, and RAG.
- Experience with multi-agent (agentic) system development and MCP/multi-agent architecture.
- Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a “get-it-done” mindset.
- Familiarity with Vibe coding tools.
Nice to have
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Practical understanding of generative AI technologies and real-world applications.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks, agentic design patterns, and prompt engineering.
- Experience building production-grade GenAI RAG systems and applying GenAI in payment technology.
