React Developer

Role

We are seeking a React Software Engineer to join a GenAI discovery and prototyping team to build user-facing applications that integrate prototype AI models into practical business solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on front-end development, connecting prototypes to intuitive user experiences, and ensuring scalable, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.
• Integrate GenAI prototypes into user-facing applications and workflows.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Work with backend systems (including C#) to connect APIs and services.
• Contribute to feature design and implementation, ensuring clean structure and best practices.
• Participate in Agile delivery, code reviews, troubleshooting, and cross-team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React and front-end development.
• Working knowledge of C# and backend integration.
• Experience building scalable, user-facing web applications.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2–3 days onsite in Wayzata, MN).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or integrating GenAI / AI-based solutions.
• Familiarity with prototyping environments or innovation teams.
• Domain knowledge in animal nutrition or formulation (nice to have).
• Experience in Agile development environments.

Work Arrangement & Location

• Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite in Wayzata, MN.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
