Role
As a Revenue & Growth Partner at FlytBase you will lead enterprise sales and partnerships for a Physical AI autonomous operations platform. This is a consultative, outcomes-driven BD role that pairs product thinking with AI-native workflows to help partners and customers adopt FlytBase and realize measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with system integrators, solution providers, and channel partners to enable effective selling and deployment of FlytBase solutions.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers across mining, construction, utilities, oil & gas, smart cities, and related industries to support adoption and value realization.
- Design and execute partnership programs and identify new growth opportunities that contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Own techno-commercial sales cycles including proposal creation, RFP/tender responses, and solution configuration.
- Use AI tools, automation, and vibe-coding workflows to streamline business development processes and scale inbound/outbound motions.
- Represent FlytBase at global trade shows, industry events, and product demos across international markets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a people-first, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation; experience with rapid iteration and experimentation in high-ownership environments.
- Ability to run enterprise deals end-to-end and apply C-level judgment to strategy and execution.
- Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts.
- A continuous learning mindset and drive to raise the bar for personal and team impact.
