Role
RevOps & AI Automation Specialist responsible for replacing manual processes with production-ready automations and LLM-based workflows to improve revenue operations, sales tooling, churn prevention and customer onboarding. The role focuses on pragmatic, product-minded delivery and team enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy automations using n8n, Make, APIs, webhooks and databases; deliver at least 3–5 automations within the first 90 days.
- Develop stable, maintainable, production-ready LLM and AI-agent workflows for analysis, summarization, decision support and content generation.
- Structure and operationalize revenue data from Close.io, marketing tools and customer interactions so Sales, CSM and Marketing can work data-driven without manual intervention.
- Optimize sales tooling: CRM automation, pipeline tracking, automated KPI reporting and lead scoring.
- Design and implement churn-prevention early-warning systems and automated intervention workflows.
- Document processes visually (e.g., Lucid), provide pragmatic training and ensure adoption across teams.
- Build technical infrastructure to scale the company’s Done-for-You offering with AI-driven components.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms and integration patterns: n8n, Make, APIs, webhooks and databases; low-/no-code tooling.
- Proven experience building production LLM workflows and AI agents (not just prompt writing).
- Strong process analysis and simplification skills; ability to visualize and document flows.
- Solid data engineering skills for structuring and storing revenue-related data (not a data science role, but practical data handling).
- Product mindset with strong ownership and pragmatic, iterative delivery.
- Fluent German and confident English.
- Nice to have: experience with vibe coding, prototyping, consulting or scale-up environments.
