About the Role

Capital Investment Advisors is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize their Salesforce Financial Services Cloud environment. The role focuses on user support, automation with Flow Builder, integrations with business applications, and using AI tools to deliver customized solutions while collaborating with the Director of Salesforce.

Job Description

Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator reporting to the Director of Salesforce to support and enhance the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform that underpins client relationship management and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings
  • Provide timely user support and resolve Salesforce-related issues using best practices
  • Partner with business users to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design, build, and maintain Flows to automate business processes
  • Use AI-coding tools and search/AI tools to create customized solutions and increase efficiencies
  • Support integrations with Box, FormAssembly, HubSpot, Black Diamond, Calendly, and other applications
  • Demo new features and bug fixes to non-technical users; build and deliver training materials
  • Create and maintain organized documentation for processes and features
  • Collaborate on an agile team supporting a Snowflake data warehouse and AI initiatives
  • Maintain an innovation mindset and continually learn new technical skills

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Proficiency with Flow Builder and process automation
  • Proficiency with AI tools; experience with Vibe Coding is a plus
  • Basic Apex and Lightning Web Component knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud and/or Person Accounts preferred
  • Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Excel, CSV manipulation)
  • Basic understanding of SOQL for reporting and list views
  • Familiarity with integration concepts and APIs
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with UX/UI concepts for optimizing Salesforce user experience
  • Salesforce Certifications (Certified Admin, Platform App Builder) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, verbal and written technical communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, self-motivation, teamwork, and a commitment to compliance
