Role
Air India is hiring a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain Salesforce-based solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. The role focuses on custom development (Apex, LWC, Flows), integrations, and implementing AI-driven capabilities for case resolution and personalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom solutions using Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows following Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
- Build and manage Salesforce Data Cloud data streams, identity resolution, data transforms, and segment definitions.
- Integrate AI-driven features (Agent Force/Agentforce) for case resolution, knowledge management, and predictive service across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Implement REST and SOAP API integrations (standard and custom) with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and maintain environment, release, and deployment management practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and align work with strategic objectives.
- Stay current with Salesforce innovations such as Einstein Copilot and generative AI integrations.
- Support code versioning, deployment methodologies, and other release engineering activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, project management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Working experience with Experience Cloud, LWC, Apex, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agent force AI orchestration.
- Proficiency with Flows and adherence to Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
- Familiarity with environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Salesforce PD1 certification required; PD2 preferred.
Preferred / Desirable
- Experience with AI-driven personalization and exposure to Einstein Copilot.
- Familiarity with Vibe/Agentic coding frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and secure AI deployment practices.
