Salesforce Developer
Uses AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and builds Agentforce/Einstein AI and GPT-powered automations, so it's directly tied to AI-augmented development workflows.
About the Role
Omnidian is hiring a hands-on Salesforce Developer to build scalable, event-driven CRM solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, integrating Salesforce with internal systems and leveraging AI-assisted development. The role focuses on code quality, integrations, CI/CD-driven deployments, and modernizing legacy automations into intelligent workflows.
Job Description
Role
As a Salesforce Developer at Omnidian you will design and build scalable, maintainable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, treating Salesforce as a product rather than just a system. You will work with a Senior Architect and distributed development teams to implement event-driven patterns, integrate Salesforce with internal systems, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to deliver enterprise-grade functionality.
- Implement event-driven integrations using Platform Events, Pub/Sub API, and the Salesforce Event Bus following Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Refactor legacy automations into modern, decoupled workflows and build AI-augmented automations and GPT-powered integrations.
- Support Service Cloud Voice and Omni-Channel / telephony integrations (e.g., Amazon Connect).
- Ensure code quality and maintainability with best practices: bulkification, governor-limit awareness, high test coverage, and code reviews.
- Work with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset) to deliver stable deployments across multiple environments and improve pipelines.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, transaction volumes, and overall system health.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of Salesforce development experience in complex Service Cloud environments.
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, and integration development.
- Hands-on experience with Platform Events, Pub/Sub API, and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with Omni-Channel and telephony integrations (Service Cloud Voice / Amazon Connect).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or similar).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required.
Nice-to-have / Preferred
- Practical experience deploying Agentforce or building AI-enhanced workflows.
- Background in Java, .NET, or Python.
- Experience with Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks for Salesforce data integration.
- AWS experience (Lambda, S3, EventBridge) for off-platform architectural extensions.
- Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions and prior energy/renewable sector experience.
Location & Work Mode
- Most roles offer the opportunity to work remotely; local Seattle co-working space and periodic local gatherings available for those nearby.
Compensation & Benefits (high level)
- Salary band: $125,000 - $175,000 per year (band placement based on experience).
- Performance bonuses, equity/stock options, and comprehensive health benefits.
- 100% of employee health insurance monthly premiums covered; 50% coverage for dependents.
- Parental leave, disability coverage, PTO, paid sabbatical after four years, and up to $500 annual learning reimbursement.
What They Value
- A technical product thinker who focuses on scalable architecture and engineering excellence.
- Strong emphasis on code integrity, collaboration, peer review culture, and leveraging modern AI-assisted engineering tools.
