Salesforce & GenAI Tech Specialist

Role

As a Salesforce & GenAI Tech Specialist on the Information Systems team, you will architect and implement CRM and automation solutions (primarily Salesforce/Dynamics) and prototype GenAI/LLM-driven tools to streamline sales and go-to-market workflows. The role is builder-centric and focuses on scalable declarative automation, integrations, and enabling sales teams to adopt low-code GenAI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions within enterprise business applications (Salesforce, Dynamics).
• Design, build, and maintain large-scale declarative automations (e.g., Salesforce Flow / Advanced Flows, Dynamics Business Rules) that support hundreds of users and thousands of records.
• Prototype and deploy Generative AI/LLM-driven tools and integrations (APIs, RAG patterns) for sales enablement (lead enrichment, predictive scoring, automated sales assistance).
• Enable and train sales teams to create and use low-code/GenAI tools, shifting users toward builder capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements: discovery, sandbox testing, production deployment, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with global Information Systems, Integration, and Development teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

Must have

• 2–5+ years hands-on experience in enterprise business systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
• Proven experience designing and deploying complex, multi-stage automations (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Flows) at scale without degrading performance.
• Strong understanding of sales / go-to-market processes and mapping them to technical solutions.
• Experience implementing GenAI solutions for business users, including LLM-based integrations, prompt engineering, and RAG-based tools.
• Hands-on experience in vibe coding and the ability to do light scripting or coding to augment no-code solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and collaborate across time zones.

Preferred / Bonus

• Light scripting experience in Python or JavaScript to augment low-code automation.
• Familiarity with SQL / SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
