Job Description
Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to design and develop robust Salesforce solutions and provide ongoing administration and L3 support. The role focuses on custom development (Apex, Aura, LWC, Visualforce), declarative configuration, integrations, CI/CD deployments, and collaboration with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders. You will also contribute to AI/Agentforce/Data Cloud initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
- Work with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing/Account Engagement)
- Customize standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automations
- Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs (including Platform Events)
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixes; use logs and Postman for troubleshooting
- Execute deployments and release activities using CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado) and version control (GitHub/Bitbucket)
- Daily administration and support: user setup, object/data model updates, process automations
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers; assist onboarding
- Document technical solutions, user stories, and design specifications
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on IT development experience, with 4+ years as a Salesforce Developer
- Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Conga Composer
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events) and SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Copado and Git-based DevOps tools (GitHub / Bitbucket) and CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with Postman and log-based troubleshooting
- Exposure to Salesforce Mobile App and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred
- Understanding of ITSM principles and Salesforce design/architecture is beneficial
- Agentforce and Vibes knowledge is beneficial
- Clear and fluent communication skills in English
