S&C GN - Tech Strategy & Transformation - Gen AI/AI Architect – Manager
Explicitly requires vibe coding skills — building MVPs with Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor, Replit to rapidly validate agentic AI concepts.
About the Role
Manager-level AI Architecture role in Accenture's Technology Strategy & Transformation practice focused on designing and delivering agentic AI and Gen AI solutions for enterprise clients, building prototypes, and driving AI transformation roadmaps across data, governance, and cloud platforms. The role combines hands-on prototype delivery with client-facing strategy, practice-building, and mentoring responsibilities.
Job Description
Role
Accenture Technology Strategy & Transformation is hiring a Manager for AI/Gen AI Architecture to design enterprise agentic AI architectures, lead client engagements, and deliver high-impact AI transformation programs. The role balances architecture strategy, hands-on prototyping, cloud AI platform design, and practice-building activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Strategy: design enterprise-wide agentic AI architectures covering data foundation, semantic/ontology layers, context orchestration, multi-agent orchestration, memory/state management, guardrails, and governance.
- Hands-On Technical Delivery: build MVPs and prototypes using vibe coding tools to validate concepts; advise on LLM/SLM selection, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Cloud & Platform Design: architect solutions on cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI/Gemini, Azure AI/OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude) and assess agentic capabilities and limitations.
- Responsible AI & Security: design decision boundaries, accountability chains, bias mitigation, prompt injection defenses, sandboxing, credential management, and audit logging for agentic systems.
- Client Engagement: run discovery workshops, lead architecture design sessions, build business cases, present architecture blueprints to CxO audiences, and drive measurable value delivery.
- Practice Building & Leadership: codify methods into reusable assets, develop accelerators and demos, mentor team members, and manage engagement budgets and forecasting.
Requirements
- Senior-level consulting/architecture experience; posting lists 10–14 years (other section references 7–11 years) across strategy consulting, enterprise architecture, and/or AI delivery.
- 4+ years designing and piloting end-to-end Enterprise AI / Gen AI solutions with architecture ownership.
- Deep hands-on expertise in agentic AI: multi-agent orchestration, tool-use frameworks, context management, memory/state, and guardrails.
- Strong understanding of semantic layers, ontologies, and knowledge graphs for context-aware systems.
- Enterprise Architecture knowledge (TOGAF or equivalent) and ability to connect AI architecture to enterprise landscapes.
- In-depth knowledge of LLMs/SLMs, token economics, fine-tuning vs. RAG trade-offs, embeddings, and vector DBs.
- Experience with data management frameworks (DCAM, DAMA) covering quality, cataloging, and governance.
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI, Azure AI, Bedrock, Claude) and their agentic constraints.
- Proven ability to engage at CxO level and create L1–L3 architecture artifacts (experience with draw.io, Visio, Lucidchart).
Good to Have
- Hands-on prototyping experience with vibe coding tools (Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor, Replit).
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel.
- Experience creating consulting offers, reusable accelerators, and scalable playbooks; cloud AI certifications desirable (Azure/AWS/Google).
Location & Level
- Level: Manager
- Primary locations listed: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai
- Senior consulting/architecture experience expected
What the Role Offers
- Work on transformative projects with Global 2000 clients and cross-functional leaders.
- Personalized training modules, mentorship, and opportunities to codify and scale IP and offerings.
- A collaborative, inclusive culture focused on responsible business practices and career growth.
