Role
Senior Account Solution Engineer for Mid‑Market Germany. Partner with Account Executives to help mid‑market customers solve business challenges using AI, data and Salesforce CRM. Responsible for translating customer problems into solution concepts, building demos and prototypes, and orchestrating the solution cycle across specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery to understand root causes and map them to Salesforce capabilities
- Design and deliver solution concepts and customer-facing demos linked to clear business outcomes
- Orchestrate solution cycles with Account Executives and cross‑portfolio specialists
- Support pipeline generation via workshops, briefings, and industry events
- Prototype practical solutions (including low‑code and agent‑based approaches) to validate concepts
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years in a role where technology and process meet (e.g., innovation, consulting, presales‑adjacent)
- Business‑fluent German and professional English for customer‑facing work
- Ability to explain complex topics simply and present clearly
- Awareness of how systems connect (APIs, data flows, integration concepts)
Preferred Qualifications
- Curiosity about how solutions work behind the scenes (APIs, data flows, integrations)
- Interest in prototyping through low‑code, vibe coding, and agents
- Ability to sketch simple architectures to reason about solutions
- Familiarity with the German mid‑market landscape
