(Senior) AI Consultant (m/f/d)

Role

As a (Senior) AI Consultant you will embed with Natuvion’s transformation consultants in customer projects to observe processes, identify where AI or technical solutions can add measurable value, and translate business problems into AI-solvable specifications. You will build rapid prototypes (using agentic coding and AI-assisted development), validate them with customers, communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document and hand off validated prototypes for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed with consultants on customer projects to observe processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define AI-solvable problem specifications, including available data and success criteria.
• Rapidly prototype solutions and validate them with real users and customers on-site.
• Use agentic coding and AI-assisted development methods to accelerate prototyping while maintaining engineering quality.
• Communicate results and technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare validated prototypes for production: document learnings, define requirements for production readiness, and support handoff.

Requirements

• Fast learner with the ability to understand unfamiliar business processes and spot improvement opportunities.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-solvable terms and choose appropriate AI techniques (LLMs, search systems, classification models) where applicable.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical solutions to consultants and customers.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining problems as well as solving them.
• Consulting or customer-facing experience, or demonstrable presence and judgment for client interactions.
• Commitment to disciplined engineering practices, including tests, clean APIs, and documentation for prototypes.
