Role
Senior AI Engineer working in a small interdisciplinary team to prototype and build AI-powered solutions for enterprise data transformations. The role focuses on turning accumulated transformation knowledge into searchable, structured assets, designing AI agent capabilities, and delivering production-quality prototypes built on the Natuvion Cloud Platform (NCP).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and evolve content corpus infrastructure: graph databases, search indexes, and embedding pipelines.
- Design and implement AI agent capabilities for retrieval, recommendation, and content generation.
- Develop semantic search and retrieval systems across Natuvion’s transformation knowledge base.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI models, tools, and LLM APIs; establish orchestration, evaluation, guardrails and deployment practices.
- Define and propagate best practices, standards and methods for AI application and agentic coding across the team and organization.
Requirements
- Deep experience with AI/ML infrastructure, including LLM-based systems and classic ML methods.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production-quality code.
- Experience building systems around LLMs and agentic AI: orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, and deployment.
- Familiarity with graph databases, knowledge representation, and search infrastructure.
- Ability to bridge research and production (paper reading and software delivery).
- Commitment to disciplined engineering practices: tests, clean APIs, documentation, and maintainable prototypes.
