Role
As a Senior AI Product Designer you will define and elevate how people experience AI-powered products at a systems level—shaping features, interaction patterns, and visual language across an enterprise customer data platform. You will translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences, advocate for users, set design standards, and drive product design from concept through launch and iteration.
Scope / Focus Areas
- AI Marketing Cloud: design AI-powered tools and agent-driven experiences for marketing teams
- Intelligent Customer Data Platform: make complex data workflows accessible and transparent
- Design System: evolve components, patterns, and visual language for consistency across the product
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design of complex product experiences from early concept through launch and iteration
- Define interaction patterns for AI features (prediction, personalization, automation) that build user confidence
- Drive visual exploration and deliver high-fidelity execution and pixel-level polish
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to integrate AI recommendations, automation, and insights into workflows
- Plan UX strategy, deliverables, and timelines; conduct user research and usability testing focused on AI adoption, trust, and usability
- Define and document design patterns for AI explainability, feedback loops, and user control
- Stay current with AI, human-AI interaction, and emerging UX methodologies and apply them to product design
- Leverage AI tools in daily workflow and model productive collaboration with intelligent systems
- Advocate for ethical, transparent, and user-centered AI experiences
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating UX process from discovery through development and strong visual craft
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability best practices, and information architecture
- Expert visual design skills: hierarchy, typography, color, and pixel-level attention to detail
- Deep proficiency in Figma; experience contributing to or managing Design Systems is a strong plus
- Tech-forward mindset; experience testing new design/prototyping tools (e.g., AI plugins, generative design tools) and familiarity with vibe-coding for prototyping
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic/startup-like environment and handling ambiguity
- Experience with marketing technology or complex B2B/Enterprise products is a plus
Location & Travel
- Work out of Mountain View, California office per the company’s Global Hybrid Working Policy
- Requires peaks of up to 25% travel to visit clients
