Senior AI Product Manager

Role

OpusClip is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute product direction at the intersection of elite design intuition and multimodal AI. The role focuses on translating AI model capabilities into seamless, aesthetically-driven video creation experiences and shipping prototypes that validate high-impact product bets.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge AI research and user experience, transforming raw model capabilities and complex workflows into polished products.
• Act as the final filter for aesthetic quality, ensuring features meet standards for rhythm, composition, and visual harmony.
• Lead rapid prototyping by building functional proofs-of-concept and working directly with APIs and the codebase to validate hypotheses.
• Identify latent creator needs and prioritize bold, strategic product bets over incremental iterations.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of product leadership experience with a portfolio demonstrating products that are both beautiful and functional.
• Proficiency with multimodal systems (video, audio, and language models) and comfort working with APIs and code repositories.
• Strong hands-on execution: ability to prototype in code, validate concepts, and work in a high-growth, founder-led environment.
• Creator-centric mindset or background (artist, designer, filmmaker) with a deep empathy for the creative process and high aesthetic standards.

Compensation

• $210,000 - $250,000 (range provided by employer).
