Role
Senior Associate, Strategic UX Designer for Group Benefit Solutions (GBS) — design and visualize future-state customer, employee, and operational experiences to support growth and transformation initiatives. Translate strategic concepts into prototypes, service blueprints, and digital storytelling artifacts that inform technology and process decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, service blueprints, and experience frameworks that illustrate future-state processes, platforms, and journeys.
- Validate design feasibility through collaboration with transformation leaders, product teams, and engineering.
- Plan and conduct user research, usability sessions, and concept walk-throughs; analyze qualitative insights to refine designs.
- Create and maintain feedback programs leveraging process/task mining and A/B testing.
- Produce multimedia and digital communications (microsites, landing pages, short-form video, motion graphics, infographics, visual narratives) to communicate transformation concepts.
- Support alignment and visioning meetings with high-quality visual assets and scenario demonstrations; act as the voice of the user in cross-functional settings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX, interaction, or service design roles with strong prototyping and visualization skills.
- Proficiency with industry design tools (examples cited: Figma, Figma AI, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision) and familiarity with rapid prototyping and vibe coding.
- Experience conducting interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing research into actionable design recommendations.
- Ability to produce multimedia content and craft digital narratives using creative and animation tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills; ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility.

Location & Work Model

Compensation & Eligibility
- Posted salary ranges: $100,000 - $143,000 (New York City, Philadelphia); $100,000 - $128,000 (Chattanooga, Iowa).
- Exempt, discretionary bonus eligible; participation in incentive programs may be available.
