Role
Cadence is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to define future-state end-to-end workflows, design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, and accelerate validation and delivery using AI-assisted techniques and rapid prototyping. The role requires translating business requirements into functional specifications and providing functional leadership across design, build, and testing phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support to define future-state workflows and success metrics (cycle time, handoffs eliminated, adoption, compliance).
- Design and deliver Salesforce solutions optimized for scalability, performance, and native platform functionality.
- Assess upstream/downstream impacts across integrated systems and document system interactions, data dependencies, and exception paths.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria, including agent-ready rules and guardrails.
- Support M&A application integration including system impact analysis, data migration, and post-acquisition alignment.
- Leverage AI-assisted delivery techniques (including vibe coding/rapid prototyping) to validate concepts quickly with users and accelerate iteration.
- Design and leverage AI agents and workflow orchestration to automate complex end-to-end business processes with governance, exception handling, and security/access controls.
- Provide functional guidance to development and QA teams and drive UAT readiness, test planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, InfoSec, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure secure, scalable, enterprise-aligned solutions.
Requirements
Required
- 8–10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
- 3+ years of Salesforce/application experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Conga CPQ and marketing apps like Marketo or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of Sales & Support processes (Quote-to-Cash, order management, billing/revenue, case management, entitlements).
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model and security (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, data governance).
- Experience in Agile/iterative delivery environments (backlog refinement, sprint planning, incremental releases).
- Hands-on experience designing or leveraging AI agents and Power Automate to streamline processes and automate workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, consensus building, and experience operating in global, cross-functional environments.
Preferred
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Experience designing cross-system workflows spanning CRM, CPQ, ERP, and related platforms.
- Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping or AI-assisted development techniques (Vibe Coding, low code/no code).
- Experience in high-tech or semiconductor industries supporting complex, global integrated business processes.
