Role
Senior Consultant (IT Core Systems / AI) within Allianz Consulting, leading IT core systems transformations across Allianz entities and embedding GenAI to drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT core systems transformations connecting platform modernization, data migration and GenAI to business outcomes.
- Identify and implement automation and GenAI opportunities to remove manual work across requirements, testing, reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Run workstreams end-to-end: scope, plan, deliver, de-risk and track benefits in complex IT landscapes with multiple stakeholders.
- Translate complexity into clarity through concise storylines, client-ready presentations and transparent governance with clear options for decision-makers.
- Shape delivery readiness for go-lives: environments, releases, cutover planning, risk and issue management, and coordinate internal and external delivery partners.
- Help build and embed AI-enabled ways of working within Allianz Consulting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years professional experience in management consulting, IT transformation, digital innovation or similar environments.
- Hands-on curiosity and practical experience with AI/GenAI; strong GenAI/Claude Code/Vibe Coding literacy; bonus for prototypes or prompt libraries.
- Structured problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable managing dependencies, ambiguity and delivery pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills; ability to produce compelling decks and guide senior decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership and resourcefulness.
- Very good German and fluent English.
Contract & Location
- Full-time, permanent position within Allianz Consulting. Role is embedded in a global team with presence in Munich, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Trivandrum, Pune, Singapore, New York and Minneapolis.
