Role
As a Senior Consultant you will design and deliver agent-based and AI-powered solutions on SAP BTP, from use-case definition through prototyping and technical implementation. You will work with clients to translate business needs into end-to-end architectures and lead workshops, demos, and proofs-of-concept.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and define AI and agent-based use cases.
- Design end-to-end solutions on SAP BTP across application, integration, data, and AI layers.
- Develop MVPs and prototypes (examples cited: SAP AI Core, Joule, LangChain).
- Implement AI-powered applications using Java, Python, Node.js, or ABAP.
- Design integrations between agent-based systems and enterprise landscapes (APIs, MCP).
- Implement workflow orchestration solutions (examples: n8n, Camunda) on SAP BTP.
- Lead workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts and contribute to architectural decisions and transformation roadmaps.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant consulting experience with SAP BTP, cloud, or software development.
- Solid programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or ABAP.
- Practical experience with SAP BTP services (examples: CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core).
- Initial experience with or strong interest in AI/GenAI applications.
- Experience in process design and integration architectures.
- Familiarity with common hyperscaler technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience leading project teams (more than three people) and developing complex business cases.
- Strong communication skills in German and English; ability to work in interdisciplinary and global teams; willingness to travel.
