About the Role

Senior Demand Generation leader to build and own Ema’s outbound engine targeting Fortune 2000 enterprises; responsible for pipeline, multi-channel ABM, field marketing, and leveraging Agentic AI/LLMs to scale revenue from $10M to $100M+ ARR. This is a founding individual-contributor role based in San Francisco with hands-on execution and strategy responsibilities.

Role

Ema is hiring a Senior Demand Generation leader (founding IC) to design, build, and own the outbound engine that opens doors at Fortune 2000 enterprises and drives qualified sales pipeline. The role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution across ABM, field marketing, digital channels, and executive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the qualified sales pipeline and be accountable for revenue-generating campaigns.
  • Design and execute a Fortune 2000 playbook including 1:1 ABM, high-end direct mail, and bespoke digital experiences.
  • Lead field marketing: manage executive salon dinners, marquee conference presence, and other in-person programs targeting VPs and CXOs.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel “account blitzes” aligning LinkedIn Ads, BDR outbound, and leadership outreach.
  • Scale and manage a scout program of industry insiders to drive warm introductions into top-tier accounts.
  • Use Agentic AI and LLMs (including Ema) and apply “vibe coding” to automate and amplify marketing output.
  • Serve as a close partner to AE and BDR teams, functioning as a player-coach and chief of staff for demand generation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience scaling companies from ~$10M to $100M+ ARR or similar high-growth GTM experience.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise outbound and account-based strategies, with knowledge of complex buying committees.
  • Strong revenue orientation: familiarity with ACV, pipeline velocity, and closed-won metrics.
  • Ability to execute tactically (e.g., build HubSpot sequences, write ad copy) while owning strategy.
  • Player-coach mentality and resilience; comfortable both leading and doing the work.
