Role
Senior Digital Marketer owning end-to-end performance of paid digital marketing to drive pipeline and revenue across global markets. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on paid channels, funnel conversion, attribution, experimentation and using AI/automation to scale output.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution of paid acquisition channels including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Search & Display).
- Plan and execute quarterly paid media strategies aligned to business and regional sales goals.
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital strategies for key ICP segments across TOF, MOF and BOF.
- Design and run a structured experimentation framework across creative, content, audience targeting, channel mix, landing pages and conversion flows.
- Develop retargeting and nurture strategies based on engagement and intent signals.
- Ensure MAL, MQL and SQL targets are achieved within budgeted CAC targets.
- Test and evaluate new channels, formats and growth opportunities.
- Ensure inbound leads are captured, integrated into the CMS, tagged and routed to GTM teams and that sales follow-up processes are observed.
- Own and optimise chatbot performance (e.g., Leadoo) for conversion and lead qualification.
- Build and maintain monthly performance reporting covering channel performance, funnel volumes, conversion rates, pipeline contribution and closed-won influence.
- Conduct closed-won deal analysis and multi-touch attribution to measure marketing impact.
- Own and maintain GA4 tracking and ensure seamless integration and tracking between paid channels and CRM systems.
- Leverage AI tools and vibe coding to scale campaign execution, optimisation, reporting and creative production.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS, data or fintech.
- Proven track record scaling paid channels (LinkedIn, Google) to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Experience managing and optimising significant digital marketing budgets.
- Strong experience with full-funnel paid campaign strategy and execution, lead funnel metrics, conversion optimisation, attribution modelling and closed-won analysis.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into commercial insights and actions.
- Strong project management skills, highly organised, and comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Proactive ownership mindset and fluent English (written and verbal).
