Role
Senior Engineer within the Internal AI Accelerator Squad focused on accelerating adoption of agentic AI and intelligent automation across the business. The role embeds with internal teams to co-design and operationalise AI agents and workflow orchestrations, leading deliveries from discovery to production and establishing patterns and guardrails for safe AI use.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, iterate, and deliver AI agents and workflow orchestrations using tools such as Claude, Gemini, and MCP.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Workday, Slack, and NetSuite.
- Develop reusable automation patterns, shared templates, and tooling for the business.
- Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure performance and ensure safety and auditability of AI-native workflows.
- Partner with product owners and subject-matter experts to translate complex workflows into automated solutions.
- Act as a technical partner and evangelist, defining guardrails and enabling safe, scalable adoption of AI.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and operating applications or automations in production, especially involving APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on delivery experience with AI-driven solutions such as agents, copilots, or RAG systems using LLMs (examples cited: Claude, Gemini).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or TypeScript; comfortable working with SDKs and webhooks.
- Systems-thinking approach with emphasis on security, auditability, and minimizing blast radius.
- Experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders and coaching others through pairing, workshops, and clear communication.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range (expected, Canada): CAD 180,000 β CAD 210,000 plus bonus and equity.
