Role
We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to take ownership of SaaS and CRM product development, from architecture and implementation through deployment and maintenance. The role emphasizes building scalable web applications, integrating AI features, managing production servers, and ensuring high performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SaaS applications, CRM platforms, and business automation systems.
- Build scalable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Implement secure, high-performance backends with PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), Node.js, and Python.
- Create and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Design and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases; work with Supabase where applicable.
- Manage Linux servers, Nginx, SSL, DNS, domains, VPS, and production deployments.
- Implement CI/CD workflows, monitor and optimize application and server performance.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered features: chatbots, AI agents, automations, and LLM-driven capabilities.
- Use modern AI APIs, LLM platforms, and AI development tools to build intelligent business solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
- Proven experience in SaaS and CRM product development and running production/live applications.
- Strong understanding of scalable application architecture, system design, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with server administration, deployment workflows, and security best practices.
- Experience integrating AI tools, LLM APIs, and building AI-powered features (prompt engineering, RAG, LLM apps).
- Ability to independently manage projects from development through deployment; strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Backend: PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), Node.js, Python, REST APIs

Compensation & Location
- Pay: ₹50,000 - ₹75,000 per month
