Role
We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, deploy, and maintain SaaS applications, CRM platforms, and business automation systems. The role requires end-to-end ownership of architecture, development, server administration, performance optimization, and production maintenance, with a focus on integrating AI-powered features.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SaaS applications, CRM platforms, and automation systems.
- Build scalable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Implement secure, high-performance backend systems using PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), Node.js, and Python.
- Create and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Design and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases (including Supabase usage).
- Manage Linux servers, Nginx, SSL, DNS, domains, VPS, and LEMP stack deployments.
- Implement CI/CD workflows and use Git/GitHub for source control and deployment pipelines.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application and server performance in production.
- Develop and integrate AI features: AI automations, agents, chatbots, RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM-based solutions.
- Use AI development tools and assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) to accelerate development.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
- Proven experience with SaaS and CRM product development and production server management.
- Strong knowledge of scalable application architecture, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from development through deployment.
- Experience with frontend (React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap) and backend (PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Node.js, Python) technologies.
- Experience designing and optimizing MySQL and PostgreSQL databases; familiarity with Supabase.
- Proficiency in Linux/Ubuntu server management, Nginx, SSL, DNS, VPS, and CI/CD workflows; experience with Git/GitHub and platforms like Vercel.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI workflow automations.
Compensation & Location
- Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month.
- Work Location: In person.
