Senior Full Stack Developer (Java + Frontend) responsible for building backend services and frontend interfaces using Java/NodeJS and React/Next.js. This is an on-site role at the client office in Pune or Chennai requiring 4+ years of experience and successful clearance of a client interview.

Role
Senior Full Stack Developer (Java + Frontend) working on backend and frontend systems for a client engagement. The role is fully in-person at the client’s office in Pune or Chennai and requires clearing a client interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain server-side applications using Java and/or NodeJS.
- Build and maintain frontend applications using React and Next.js with modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Work with Spring Boot for backend services and integrations.
- Apply core computer science fundamentals, data structures & algorithms, and logical reasoning to solve technical problems.
- Collaborate directly with the client and internal teams; be prepared for client-facing interviews and technical evaluations.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–10+ years of relevant full stack development experience.
- Mandatory skills: Java and NodeJS.
- Frontend: React, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Backend: Spring Boot.
- Strong fundamentals in basic computer science, data structures & algorithms (DSA), logical reasoning and mathematics.
- Good communication skills; ability to clear client technical interviews.
- Exposure to AI tools and Vibe Coding is a plus.
- Qualifications: MCA / BCA / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc / Diploma in Computer Science (right skills prioritized over degree).
- Work location: In-person at client office (no WFH or hybrid allowed). 6-days allowance provided for working Saturdays.
Compensation
- Listed pay: ₹1,076,828.42 - ₹2,024,144.78 per year. “Salary no bar for the right candidate” is noted in the posting.
