Role
Senior Full Stack Founding Engineer (on-site, Bengaluru). Ship production-grade AI-native products quickly from ambiguous founder problems to live systems. You’ll be one of two engineers on a startup idea, owning architecture, quality, reliability, and mentoring a junior partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Ship 0-to-1 products (frontend, backend, data, integrations) in weeks rather than quarters.
- Use AI-native developer tools as part of your workflow while owning technical correctness and production readiness.
- Own the whole stack: frontend, backend services, data layer, third-party and LLM API integrations; do not hand off work across teams.
- Establish architecture, code standards, and review discipline to maintain velocity without accumulating tech debt.
- Make production-grade decisions around authentication, security, error handling, observability, scalability, cost and graceful failure.
Requirements
- Senior-level full-stack depth: confident owning React/Next frontend and backend services.
- Proven ability to ship real products quickly, preferably using AI tooling to accelerate development.
- Strong production engineering taste: experience hardening systems and handling consequences of scale and trade-offs.
- Founder-grade ownership: high autonomy, accountability, and capability to mentor a junior partner.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias to ship.
- Immediate joiners preferred; must be on-site in HSR, Bengaluru (this role is not remote/hybrid).
