We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript technologies and AI-assisted development tools. The role emphasizes delivering production-grade enterprise and SaaS applications with strong engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Build responsive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS and modern UI component libraries.
- Develop secure, scalable, and well-documented REST APIs and backend services.
- Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical planning, and sprint ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust, long-term solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web application development.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade applications using Node.js and Next.js.
- Strong TypeScript and React experience.
- Experience with REST API design and backend service development.
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL database design and optimization.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (mandatory).
- Familiarity with testing, documentation, code reviews, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience working on SaaS products or enterprise business applications is preferred.
AI-Assisted Development (Mandatory)
- Practical use of one or more AI-assisted software development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with prompt-driven development, AI-assisted debugging, AI-generated boilerplate and refactoring, AI-assisted unit testing and documentation, and AI-enabled code review.
- Ability to build efficient AI-first development workflows while maintaining engineering standards and code quality.
