Senior Fullstack Developer responsible for designing and orchestrating probabilistic coding agents (LLMs) to deliver deterministic, audit-ready software for .NET and React within a legal-compliance context. The role emphasizes architecture, reliability, and the integration of AI-assisted workflows into development and infrastructure processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and orchestrate agentic workflows (vibe coding) so LLMs produce deterministic, auditable outputs.
- Develop strategies and solutions to mathematically reduce or eliminate hallucinations in business logic (C#).
- Optimize the “working memory” of coding agents so database schemas and legacy code remain usable without losing context.
- Ensure infrastructure drift does not occur when agents autonomously modify Terraform scripts.
- Design effective human-in-the-loop review processes for AI-generated code and maximize the efficiency of human reviewers.

- AI / Tools: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, LLMs and other AI tooling
Requirements
- Extensive experience with .NET and React; strong ability to identify anti-patterns early.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns and trade-offs.
- Experience thinking in rules and chain-of-thought style constraints to enforce guidelines and security standards for AI agents.
- Comfortable working in Scrum teams; strong communication and teamwork skills.
