Senior Fullstack Developer tasked with designing and operating agentic workflows that use LLMs to generate deterministic, auditable software for .NET and React in a legal-compliance environment. The position emphasizes high quality, safety, and architectural rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate probabilistic coding agents so they deliver deterministic, audit-safe software for .NET and React.
- Develop solutions and strategies to mathematically reduce or exclude hallucinations in business logic (C#).
- Optimize the “working memory” of coding agents to make database schemas and legacy code usable without losing context.
- Ensure infrastructure remains in desired state when agents autonomously adjust Terraform scripts.
- Design and implement effective human-in-the-loop review processes for AI-generated code to maximize review efficiency.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with .NET and React; strong ability to recognize anti-patterns and apply best practices.
- Deep, broad understanding of software architecture, design patterns and trade-offs.
- Ability to specify rules and chain-of-thought style guidance to ensure AI follows guidelines and security standards.
- Experience working in teams and familiarity with Scrum.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across diverse teams.
