Role
Senior Fullstack Engineer working on real-world AI-powered products and solutions. You will write optimized JavaScript/TypeScript code across frontend and backend stacks (Node.js, React), participate in design sessions and code reviews, collaborate with product owners and clients, and champion refactoring and quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable frontend and backend code.
- Implement and extend REST APIs; work on API development and database interactions.
- Participate in regular design sessions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
- Identify areas for modification or refactoring and lead improvements in the codebase.
- Coordinate with clients on project lifecycle aspects and deliver features within agreed timelines.
- Lead by example to foster a culture of quality, ownership, and customer-focused execution.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation and prototyping.
Requirements
Must-have
- 2 to 5+ years of development experience.
- Strong frontend experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, React (or Next.js), HTML5, CSS3, and REST API integration.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js and NestJS, API development, and database fundamentals.
- Experience with relational databases (Postgres or MySQL) and ACID principles.
- Familiarity with modern version control (Git, GitHub).
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and state management (React + Redux Toolkit or similar).
- Exposure to design patterns, clean coding practices, and SOLID principles.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming and strong communication skills.
- Practice vibe coding using AI-assisted tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
Nice-to-have
- Basic Python (data structures, OOP) and understanding of core AI/ML concepts.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate), and embeddings.
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks or AI agent concepts and workflows.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
