Role
Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer building production-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions. The engineer will design and implement multi-agent architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and scalable backend services that integrate with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines including document processing, retrieval strategies, vector databases, and context management.
- Design and implement multi-agent architectures with tool use, memory, planning, guardrails, and observability.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming models.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g., Graph API, Power Automate, Salesforce) and manage secure credentialing and identity patterns.
- Evaluate, monitor, and improve LLM performance through prompt engineering, LLM evaluations, HITL workflows, and observability practices.
- Deploy and secure cloud-based AI solutions on major cloud providers.
Required Skills & Technologies
- Production-grade LLM usage: OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI
- Agentic AI frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI
- Backend development: Python, FastAPI, async programming
- RAG and vector databases: FAISS, Pinecone, pgvector
- Prompt engineering, LLM evaluations, and HITL workflows
- Cloud deployment experience: Azure, AWS, GCP
- Enterprise integrations: Graph API, Power Automate, Salesforce
- Secure credential management and managed identity enterprise patterns
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record delivering real-world, production-grade GenAI/Agentic AI solutions (not just proofs of concept).
- Experience level indicated: 6–12 years.
