Role
We are hiring a Senior Growth Marketing builder to unlock new acquisition channels for our SMB business. This role combines strong marketing instincts (distribution, messaging, demand capture) with the ability to independently build and ship growth experiments and production-ready web experiences using AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth targets for SMB: bring in, convert, and retain users across paid, organic, and experimental channels with direct accountability for monthly acquisition and conversion goals.
- Discover demand: analyze search trends, marketplace signals, community conversations, and competitive gaps to identify where potential users already are and create assets that meet them there.
- High-velocity experimentation: design, build, and ship weekly experiments across channels (SEO, partnerships, referral loops, viral mechanics, community, content), targeting a high-volume pace (expect ~10+ experiments/month).
- Vibe-code production-ready growth assets: use AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Lovable, n8n) to independently build and ship continuous experiments and lightweight integrations outside the core product.
- Measure and scale: build dashboards and tracking for end-to-end attribution (impression ā paying user), analyze results, share learnings, and systematically scale winners.
Requirements
- 6+ years building or scaling growth in a high-growth tech or AI company focused on SMB (roles such as growth, growth hacking, product growth, growth engineering, or builder roles).
- Strong marketer with deep understanding of acquisition, distribution loops, messaging, and demand capture. Comfortable moving quickly from idea ā distribution ā experiment ā learning.
- Strong vibe coder: able to independently build and ship production-ready web experiences using modern AI coding tools without relying on engineers or designers.
- Experiment-obsessed and data-driven: experience running hundreds of growth experiments, setting up tracking and attribution, and making data-driven decisions.
- Scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity; autonomous with proactive transparency and strong communication.
- Bonus: experience with Shopify apps, shipping side projects, open-source tools, or growth experiments that attracted real users.
Compensation & Location
- Compensation: ā¬70,000 - ā¬90,000 + Stock-Options/BSPCE.
- Location: Work flexibly from Germany, UK, Italy, France, Ireland, Portugal, or Spain, with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed). Note: visa sponsorship and relocation support are only available for roles based in France.
