Role
As Senior Director, Marketing AI & Marketing Operations (listed as Senior Manager in the posting), you will own AI as a core operating capability across Marketing. You will define strategy, build and deploy AI-driven workflows and agents, and measure impact in revenue, time saved, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as product owner for a portfolio of Marketing AI initiatives across demand, growth, content, and marketing operations.
- Translate business challenges into prioritized AI use cases with clear ROI hypotheses.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy AI workflows, advancing POCs to production and driving global adoption.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, scalability, and time-to-value.
- Apply AI to lead scoring, routing, personalization, conversion optimization, and lifecycle orchestration within HubSpot.
- Improve pipeline efficiency (CPipe/QPipe) through AI-driven targeting and forecasting.
- Partner with Growth, Demand Generation, and Sales Development to scale high-intent pipeline motions.
- Build and deploy AI-assisted content and localization workflows for web and campaigns; improve SEO and AI-search discovery via automated content generation and testing.
- Embed AI into campaign operations, QA, reporting, and workflow automation across the MarTech stack to reduce manual processes and cycle times.
- Design and implement AI workflows integrated with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, enrichment tools, automation tools, review platforms, and paid channels.
- Partner with Product, Data, IT, and Legal to ensure security, compliance, and scalability.
- Define KPIs tied to time saved, conversion lift, pipeline efficiency, and asset performance; measure and report impact to executive leadership.
- Build playbooks, standards, and training to operationalize Human+AI workflows across Marketing.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, marketing operations, growth, or product operations.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through scaled execution.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and revenue motion.
- Foundational and practical understanding of AI concepts and their business applications.
- Hands-on experience building POCs using modern AI tools and workflows.
- Comfortable with vibe coding, prompt engineering, rapid experimentation, and iteration.
- Working understanding of APIs, automation frameworks, and data integrations.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution without heavy translation layers.
- Builder mindset, analytical and ROI-driven decision making, and ability to influence globally.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $150,000 - $172,000 per year.
