The role combines partnership strategy, technical coordination with product and engineering, and commercial ownership to grow partner-sourced revenue and integration adoption.

Role

RevenueCat is hiring a Senior Partnerships Manager, Technology Ecosystem to own and scale the company’s technology partner program. The role is responsible for end-to-end management of integration partners (existing and new), driving partner engagement and partner-sourced revenue, and building scalable workflows for partner recruiting, enablement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the technology partner ecosystem: recruit, onboard, and manage integration partners.
  • Drive partner engagement and value through integrations, enablement, co-marketing, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Be accountable for partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, integration adoption, and partner activity metrics.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create clear co-selling processes and product roadmaps for partner integrations.
  • Build scalable workflows, reporting, and success metrics for partner programs.
  • Represent RevenueCat at industry events and act as the internal point of accountability for technology partners.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years building, owning, and scaling technology or integration partnerships within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable with technical concepts (APIs, integration documentation) and able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify, recruit, negotiate, and close partnerships that drive measurable business impact.
  • Metrics-driven and commercially oriented: experience tracking integration adoption, partner-sourced pipeline/revenue, and partner engagement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience influencing product roadmaps with partner needs.
  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously using tools like Notion, Slack, and Zoom.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the mobile app ecosystem and/or with vibe coding tools.
  • Experience at an early-stage tech company.

Success Milestones

  • First month: learn product and partner landscape, meet key stakeholders, and build and ship an app using a vibe coding tool; deliver a first project that demonstrates impact (e.g., onboarding guide or co-marketing plan).
  • First 3 months: take full ownership of the program, define success metrics and prioritization framework, improve partner communication and integration triage, and launch an initial co-marketing initiative.
  • First 6 months: demonstrate growth in active partners, partner-sourced revenue, and engagement; own a pipeline of strategic partners and work closely with product on partner roadmap.
  • First 12 months: run a high-performing partner program with several signed and launched high-impact partnerships and strong internal recognition as the technology channel owner.
