Senior Product Analyst

Role

Senior Product Analyst for a US Healthcare IT product or portfolio responsible for defining and driving product strategy and roadmap, owning portfolio backlog and roadmap execution, and collaborating with UX and engineering to drive product design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to engineering and stakeholders.
• Own portfolio backlog and prioritize at feature and user-story level.
• Identify and access relevant data to build business cases and drive value delivery aligned to business MBOs.
• Drive system demos to stakeholders and customers and act on retrospective feedback.
• Identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans; drive continuous process improvement and innovation in the portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX and engineering to translate user/buyer needs into actionable plans.

AI Builder Responsibilities

• Use GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Gemini AI, Story Craft) to ideate, prototype, and implement features.
• Apply vibe coding techniques to maintain clean, expressive, and AI-augmented codebases.
• Develop internal tools and scripts using AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
• Stay current with emerging GenAI trends, tools, and ethical considerations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience in the US Healthcare IT industry.
• Deep understanding of healthcare domain, business practices, and financial structures.
• Expertise in defining product strategy and roadmaps, gathering requirements, backlog management, and driving product lifecycle decisions.
• Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, cost/benefit analysis, market insights, competitive analysis, and process improvement.
• Ability to engage in meaningful technical conversations about existing and emerging technologies and overall solution space.
