Role
Senior Product Designer owning the full product design lifecycle for complex, data-rich, AI-augmented SaaS surfaces. You’ll lead research, translate insights into high-fidelity UX, prototype (including front-end code and vibe-coding with AI tools), and ensure design quality in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design from strategy and concept through execution and developer handoff for major product areas.
- Scope, conduct, and synthesize user research, including interviews and usability testing.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment to ship high-quality experiences.
- Create intuitive interfaces that surface complex AI-driven data as clear, actionable insights.
- Contribute to product strategy and participate actively in design critiques and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience shipping impactful product experiences.
- Proven experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesis into actionable takeaways.
- Experience designing for AI-native or AI-augmented products.
- Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and a high level of craft.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of design and code (front-end development or vibe-coding with AI tools).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and deliver value quickly.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range (posted): CAD 159,390 - CAD 199,240.
