Zeta Global is hiring a Senior Product Designer, AI to help build the Zeta Developer Platform and the Agentic Apps Framework. This foundational role will define the core AI experience for the platform, working at the intersection of design and engineering to shape conversational interfaces, contextual guidance, and AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve end-to-end Zeta Developer Platform experience, including conversational interfaces, contextual guidance, and AI-driven workflows.
- Partner with the Design Systems team to create, maintain, and scale UX/UI patterns and component architecture.
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate complex requirements and constraints into human-centered AI experiences and make tradeoffs.
- Advance AI interaction and explainability patterns to communicate intent, progress, confidence, and limitations to users.
- Lead craft, motion, and interaction quality through visual design, interaction design, motion, and prototyping to reduce cognitive load and make AI feel responsive.
- Identify opportunities to standardize UX patterns, documentation, and behaviors across the platform for consistency and flexibility.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience on complex platforms or systems.
- Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or data-informed products.
- Proven track record of close collaboration with Product and Engineering and influencing standards beyond a single feature.
- Expert-level Figma skills focused on scalable component architecture, design systems, and documentation.
- Daily use of AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) as part of design workflows.
- Prototyping experience (Figma Prototypes, Framer, ProtoPie, or similar) for behavior and interaction exploration.
- Motion tooling experience (Rive, After Effects, or similar) for stateful interactions and micro-animations.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend concepts.
- Comfort working within modern product development tools and workflows (Slack, Confluence, Jira).

- AI & conversational design fluency with an emphasis on clarity, trust, and responsible presentation of AI output.
- Systems and platform design expertise for scalable UX frameworks and interaction models.
- End-to-end product design craft across UX, visual, interaction, and motion.
