Role
Senior Product Designer responsible for end-to-end design for major product initiatives across mobile and web. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, explore solutions, and ship user-focused improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design from problem framing and discovery through execution and launch
- Partner with engineers, CX, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous ideas into scoped, high-impact releases
- Design intuitive, accessible experiences for mobile and web with focus on clarity, trust, and usability
- Use research, data, and customer feedback to inform decisions and iterate on solutions
- Create and evolve user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs ready for shipping
- Contribute to and mature the design system to ensure consistency and fast iteration
- Advocate for users facing financial stress by simplifying complexity and reducing friction
- Participate in design critiques and help raise overall design quality
Requirements
- 3+ years designing and shipping consumer digital products in fast-paced environments
- Strong end-to-end product design experience spanning UX, interaction design, and visual design
- Proven ability to work through ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
- Excellent product thinking with focus on user and business impact
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints/tradeoffs
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to simplicity, hierarchy, and polish
- Comfortable using data, analytics, and experimentation to validate and improve work
- Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma
- A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving, shipped work, and impact
- Working knowledge of front-end development concepts (components, state, APIs) and ability to reason about implementation while designing
Nice to Have
- Experience designing fintech, lending, or other financial products
- Familiarity with mobile-first products and React Native environments
- Experience contributing to or evolving a design system
- Comfort with “vibe coding” or prototyping in code to explore ideas and collaborate with engineers
