Role
As a Senior Product Designer on the Events and Webinars team you will own key areas of Zoom Events and Webinars, mentor other designers, and deliver scalable, high-quality experiences across event setup, hosting, registration, in-webinar UI, and analytics. You will focus on designing for large-scale virtual and hybrid events with attention to accessibility, visual polish, and interaction detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact, mission-critical design projects across the Events and Webinars product surface (setup, branding, hosting, registration, in-webinar UI, analytics).
- Elevate product experience through exceptional visual and interaction design, layout, spacing, motion, and micro-interactions.
- Partner with product, engineering, research, and accessibility teams to align on product direction and deliver clear, consistent experiences.
- Own end-to-end execution in Figma, producing polished visuals, interactive prototypes, and engineering specifications.
- Drive data-informed design decisions and collaborate with leadership to ensure consistency with broader product vision.
- Mentor and raise the bar for other designers, championing design excellence and systems thinking.
Requirements
- BS or equivalent experience with 6+ years in product design.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered interaction design, ideally for real-time communication or collaboration products.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional, multi-timezone stakeholder projects.
- Deep visual design expertise and an expert eye for detail and polish.
- Strong communication skills for influencing and engaging partners.
- Experience with Figma for design and prototyping; familiarity with prompting and vibe coding called out as desirable.
- Ability to design for desktop and mobile with an understanding of evolving design systems and design thinking practices.
Compensation & Logistics
- Salary range listed: $124,000 to $271,200 (base salary range shown in posting). Zoom notes total direct compensation considers base, bonus, and equity and that location-based compensation may apply.
- Anticipated position close date: 01/19/26.
