Senior Product Designer for Zoom Events and Webinars owning end-to-end design for event setup, branding, hosting, registration, in-webinar engagement, and event analytics. The role includes mentoring designers, collaborating closely with product, engineering, research, and accessibility partners, and delivering high-quality, scalable experiences across desktop and mobile.
Team
You will join the Events and Webinars design team working on large-scale, mission-critical experiences with an emphasis on accessibility, visual polish, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact projects that define the future of Zoom Events and Webinars (setup, hosting, registration, in-webinar UI, analytics).
- Elevate product experience through exceptional visual and interaction design (layout, spacing, motion, micro-interactions).
- Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, and accessibility specialists to align on direction and deliver polished solutions.
- Drive user-centered, data-informed design decisions and own end-to-end execution in design tools, producing prototypes and engineering specifications.
- Mentor and raise the bar for other designers; collaborate with leadership to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.
Requirements
- BS or equivalent experience with 6+ years in product design.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered interaction design, ideally for real-time communication or collaboration products.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional, multi-timezone stakeholder projects.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail with experience designing for desktop and mobile.
- Systems thinking and experience evolving design systems using design thinking practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence partners and stakeholders.
- Expertise with prompting, vibe coding, and Figma (and other relevant design/prototyping tools).
